Like many people, I miss the old version of the web where people had websites which they owned and wrote content on, and navigated the internet via links and searches. In a world increasingly dominated by algorithms, I believe it is important that we cultivate spaces and networks where humans thoughtfully write and curate content.
I hope that eventually as more people choose to abandon algorithms and browse the web more intentionally, we can make the web more human centric, and free it from big tech a bit.
I don’t have any specific plans for this other than using it as a place to post whatever I think is worth sharing 😊
